How to update contact information for a launch phase application?

During launch phases there might be specific requirements that state the contact information on the domain applications should match the trademark details.

If you submitted a launch phase application and you need to update contact information PRIOR to the final processing of the phase, you can use this process to update contact information.

NOTE: this deviates from normal domain contact updates because at this point there is not domain object yet, just a domain request.


Locate the domain request

On the registrar console, locate the "Launch Phase Management" link and click it.



Update the contact object

Find that application you are trying to update and click on the "registrant" link


On the page that opens, update the contact information and click "update"
