Once logged in, you can skip to step 2 by clicking here
- Log in to the Registrar Console
- Click on "Manage Domains"
- Enter the domain into the input field and click on "Search"
- Once the page reloads, click on "Manage Application" under "Domain Verification"
Verification Portal
pendingApproval | Application has been submitted and is awaiting approval from the registry operator. |
needInfo | Application requires additional information or documents from the registrar/registrant. |
applicationValid | Application has been validated by the registry operator, and is now awaiting acceptance. |
applicationAccepted | Application has been accepted by the registry operator. Domain registration will go live within 24 hours. |
applicationDenied | Application has been denied. Domain registration will be deleted within 24 hours. |
Pending Create Domains & Applications List
The screen below shows all domain registrations in “pendingCreate” status . The “Action” column will prompt for the next action or step required.
To create an application, click the “Create New Application” link in the “Action” column.
Create Application Form
Applications require the fields listed below to be completed, as well as documents to be uploaded.
Once an application has been created, required documents can be uploaded, as well as viewing any application history. New applications always start with the pendingApproval status.
No further action is required once a new application is submitted.
Update Application & Upload Documents
In the below example, the registry operator is requesting more information by changing the application status to needInfo. Please read the reason provided by the registry operator and update the application accordingly.
Important: When an existing application is updated, or new documents uploaded, the status will
automatically revert back to pendingApproval, and the approval cycle will start again. You will be notified by email when an application status is changed.
