Can I create different users for my Registry business?

Yes, you can. Your registry account is defined by its Hxxxxx number. Under this account you create multiple user accounts with different permissions. 
You can access this through the registrar console on the users' section. Near the bottom of the left-hand menu or using this link:
This lets you create users inside your Registry accounts. 
Each user gets their own username and password, and you can restrict access to the Console's functions based on the role that you assign to them. The following roles are available:

Manager: Managers can access all functions. To delete manager users please contact our support team.
Domain Administrator: Domain Administrators can register, renew, modify and delete domain names, contact objects and nameservers.
Finance Administrator: Finance Administrators can view invoices and proformas and your account history, and submit payments.
