Forum FAQ
- Question: Do I need to sign a new RRA?
Answer: You do not need to sign a new RRA if you previously signed up to carry the .FORUM TLD. Only registrars who have never signed an RRA to carry .FORUM will need to sign an RRA. .FORUM uses CentralNic’s standardized RRA. You can sign through the Registrar Console.
- Question: Do I need an SMD file to participate in the Sunrise B phase?
Answer: No, you do not need to provide and SMD file to participate in Sunrise B or any of phase for .FORUM.
- Question: Is the Application Fee refundable?
Answer: No, the Application Fee is not refundable during any of the phases. Irrespective of what EPP checks may say. For example, if you participate in EAP day 1 and apply for and register a domain but then immediately cancel/delete it, you will not be refunded the application fee of that phase or any other phases.
- Question: Will I need to pay an application fee during the renewal of my domain?
Answer: No, the Application Fee is a one-time payment. You will only pay the create price during renewal.
- Question: When will my domain be allocated during Sunrise B?
Answer: Sunrise B is a start date sunrise and domains are allocated immediately. This is the same for all other phases during the .FORUM launch.
