How to whitelist an IP for the registry API

If you use the API to manage your TLD, you will need your client's IP address (range) in order to get access.

We currently handle this through a request for a change to our customersuccess@centralnicregistry.com

Please send an email to the above email including:

  • Your source IP range
  • The TLD(s) you are managing from this IP

The turnaround on this is 5 working days because it includes a FW change request that needs to go through approval and testing
